What was your favorite part about the TLT Co. Client Experience?Could be the one-on-one calls to make sure everyone was on the same page at every point in the process or even the personalized touches through the client experience.

We loved how Kara was always in touch with us daily. If any problems arose, she was just a phone call away to handle them. When we arrived at our hotel, she had staff place strawberries and champagne with a personalized note congratulating us on our anniversary! These special touches made us feel truly appreciated. That's one of the main reasons I will continue using Kara to plan our special trips..


What meal inspired you the most? We ate at the Mangy Moose.  The vibe was on point with Jackson Hole with a fun and friendly atmosphere.  The food was amazing!

When you were on your wildlife tour in the national park, what emotions did you feel? To have the opportunity to see the wonderful creations and scenery that this world has to offer was awe inspiring.  My husband and I got to be very up close to nature and it was wonderful. 

If you could sum up the trip into one word or phrase, what would it be? A relaxing and deeply connecting escape

What was the most valuable thing about booking this trip through True Living Travel Co.? I would say the most valuable thing about booking with True Living Travel was the assurance that someone had my back so to speak, if we needed help with if something went wrong.  I also felt pampered, because I did not have to lift a finger to make travel plans.  Kara was on top of it!

When you arrived at the hotel and received your welcome amenity in your room, how did that make you feel? We felt like we mattered to Kara and that she really listened about why we were taking this trip. 

What went through your head when the rental car issue arose? What emotions did you feel and how did you overcome them? At first, I thought, oh no!  But Kara was only a phone call away.  And working together the problem was fixed in no time.
